30-day refund window

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Rodney's Business, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@rodneys-business.raesai.com with the following:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your order or transaction ID (if available)
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request

What qualifies for a refund

  • The service was not delivered as described
  • Technical issues prevented you from using the service and we were unable to resolve them
  • You changed your mind within the 30-day window and the service has not been substantially delivered

What does not qualify

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
  • Services that have already been fully delivered and accepted
  • Refund requests based on factors outside of our control

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial refunds

In cases where part of the service has been delivered, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the work already completed.
